Privacy Policy

This policy describes how we process the personal data you provide through the contact form, what cookies the Renta365 website uses and what rights you have in relation to the processing.

Data controller

The controller of your personal data and operator of the Renta365 website is Instinkt Reality s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 24674893, with its registered office at Tylova 530/42, Jižní Předměstí, 301 00 Plzeň, Czech Republic. For any data protection matters, contact us at info@renta365.cz or by phone on 800 888 957.

Data from the contact form

When you submit a no-obligation enquiry, we process the data you fill in: your name, contact details (phone or e-mail), property type, location and the selected programme.

Purpose: to contact you, answer your enquiry and prepare an offer for the Renta365 service.

Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in handling your enquiry.

Recipients and processors: we process the data internally. Technical delivery of the form by e-mail is provided by our e-mail service provider, and the website is hosted on the Vercel platform; these providers act as processors and do not use the data for their own purposes.

Retention period: for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication. After that we delete the data, unless another legal ground for keeping it arises.

Cookies

Essential (technical)

These ensure the basic functioning of the website and remember your cookie choice. The site would not work properly without them, so they do not require consent. We store your decision in your browser's storage under the key renta365-cookie-consent so the banner doesn't keep bothering you.

Analytics (optional)

These help us measure traffic anonymously and improve the website using Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Ltd.). These cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_*) are activated only with your consent. Until you give consent, no analytics cookies are stored (we use Google Consent Mode). IP addresses are processed in anonymised form.

Marketing (optional)

These are used to measure and personalise advertising through Google Ads (provided by Google Ireland Ltd.), including remarketing. These cookies are also activated only with your consent; until you give it, no marketing cookies are stored and advertising data is redacted (Google Consent Mode).

Consent to analytics and marketing cookies is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time — the button below re-opens the consent banner. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

This policy is effective from 23 June 2026.
