Our clients are investors with multiple properties as well as older owners who no longer want the hassle of renting. The service is also valued by owners who travel often or live far from their property. We work for anyone who wants to get the most out of their rental with guaranteed minimal risk.
You can choose from three packages: FIX for a fixed fee of CZK 4,990 per year, MAX for 10% of net rent, and PREMIUM for 15% of net rent (net meaning excluding advance payments for services and utilities). If you have a rent figure in mind, let us know — otherwise our specialist will help you set a realistic price the property can be rented for.
With the MAX package we sign a contract under which the rent is paid to you by us, not by the tenant. If the tenant stops paying, you don't lose your regular income. The same applies to the PREMIUM package, which additionally gives you the option of receiving rent 3–12 months in advance.
With both packages we guarantee rent payments regardless of the tenant's payment behaviour. The key difference is that with PREMIUM you receive rent regardless of whether the property is occupied — we lease the property ourselves and guarantee payment from day one, always on the same day. You also get the option of rent paid 3–12 months in advance, we prepare your rental income tax return, and we insure the subtenant for material liability.
We take full responsibility for the property's condition. We inspect it regularly throughout the tenancy and send you ongoing condition reports.
